Florida, Michigan, Washington DC, Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. Infill projects in commercial districts, mixed-use retail and housing in historic areas, building and site repurposing, infrastructure and marketing considerations to attract small businesses and tourism/hospitality enterprises.
